So the original plan was to fly and visit my parents for the Fourth of July… Mom’s hydrangeas in full bloom, feeding carrots to the horses down the road, early morning plane rides with Dad over the tributaries of the Potomac… all wonderful, lovely, relaxing country things.
Lately I’ve been playing around with creating different types of prints… botanicals seem to be everywhere these days! And I love the idea of them on clothing, how cute would these pants be in real life?
The lovely Jeanette of JVW Home, a Texas-based interior design firm, reached out to me a couple of months ago in search of some illustrations to spruce up her already beautiful website.
