Nearly a month and a half ago, the most amazing thing to ever happen… happened! We got married =) The whirlwind of a beautiful day, evening, and weekend after so much planning, stressing, and organizing made it totally worth it. And I couldn’t wait to share pictures and draw all the pretty things! But I needed to take a break…
Okay everyone, one last hurrah before I go off and get hitched =) The wedding is on Saturday and I’m finally feeling like it’s all gonna come together… I’m a bit of a perfectionist and it’s been all about those tiny little details for the past few weeks. I’m so excited to get married to my best friend and can’t wait to celebrate with family and friends!
I’m still here, I promise! This past month and the one ahead are all about prepping for the big day… every weekend from here on out is packed with to-do’s and celebrations!
I’m sorry you haven’t seen much of me the past week and a half… with less than two months to go until the wedding, my weekends have been full of planning! I did get a chance though to go out and stop by the BHLDN pop up shop at Anthropologie last week and look at all the pretty things.
A colleague of mine and his partner recently adopted a baby girl and invited me to a welcoming party in her honor last Sunday. This little girl is set for life… for starters her closet is already bigger than mine! The entire event was catered and the two proud daddies went all out with cake, candies, and desserts decorated with her monogram. There was even a red carpet involved… needless to say, I don’t think I’ve ever been to a fancier baby shower!
