In celebration of my illustration membership The Bountiful Artist re-opening to welcome new members in March, I’m thrilled to offer weekly FREE live online Community Art Classes again this year! Starting Sunday, February 19th at 1:00pm EST, I’ll be hosting a one hour illustration lesson each week using brush markers LIVE on Zoom and it’s completely free! A materials list will be sent out ahead of each lesson so you can purchase the exact supplies I’ll be using if you’d like to, but feel free to gather whatever art supplies you have on hand and make the most of them too! We’ll be sketching fun and happy subjects like flowers, shoes, sweet treats, and more.
All skill levels are welcome to join!
If you participated in Community Art Class last year and didn’t unsubscribe from the mailing list, then you’re all set! But if you are joining us for the first time, be sure to subscribe to the exclusive class mailing list so you get a sneak peek of what we’ll be sketching each week along with the Zoom links, materials lists, and class replays delivered to your inbox.

And in this crazy housing market, at every turn it felt like things could fall apart. But finally, after seven months of serious searching, everything lined up and we found a house! It feels like the perfect fit for us right now and I can’t wait to get settled in our new space. I’ll share more pictures soon but here’s a peek at our new kitchen…
I have been working behind the scenes for awhile now on my blog – reorganizing posts, updating links, and re-uploading any broken image files. I recently migrated my blog posts to a new server and it was definitely a project – all of my posts from 2015 and earlier needed their images re-uploaded – yikes! 🙈
I knew as I was creating these soothing watercolor vine patterns that they were destined for big things. What began last year as a way to brighten my spirits during the beginning of quarantine painting tiny delicate vines, evolved into a beautiful new 2021 calendar and now an entire collection of lovely items for your desk and home…
