Continue readingSometimes after a long day at work, I don’t want to think about what I “should” draw when I sit down in my corner studio. I’ve decided that for a little while at least I’m just going to draw happy things even if they don’t really have anything to do with, well, anything. Recently I’ve been thinking about flamingos… maybe with the heat and humidity hitting near tropical levels here in NYC!
Since I’m slowly starting to get back into the swing of things, I’ve been looking to my favorite blogs for inspiration. I’ve been following Jessica of Bows & Sequins for probably over a year now. She has a great sense of style and exudes excitement for fashion and girly-girl fun through her blog. Plus, she’s super hilarious and types how she thinks which makes me literally laugh out loud.
