Hi friends! I’m excited to reveal a glimpse into my home studio space and share how I spruced up my storage with a DIY art cart project. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and I’d love to know what you think!
Hello Lovelies!! It’s almost spring which means it’s time for a studio refresh =) There’s nothing that inspires me to work more than having a clean, organized, and inviting studio space. And for awhile now I have been on the lookout for the perfect art cart that would hold all my most frequently used supplies for my illustration business…
Hello, lovelies! Now that we’re in the (chilly!) swing of 2016, it’s time for a shop update! I just added brand new prints and am excited to announce that I will now be offering a new size, 11×14! You can really see the details in every pencil line and Copic marker brush stroke.
Helloooo in 2016! I’m excited to start the new year, “Phase 2” as I call it, of freelance life. It will officially be one year of this crazy adventure on January 16th and I can’t wait to see what the new year brings!
This past week has been extra beautiful and romantic with bridal week coverage taking over my Instagram feed… from Marchesa to Oscar de la Renta, seeing these gorgeous gowns makes me want to get married all over again! Well maybe not the planning part but definitely the dress-up part =)
I was trying to figure out which gowns to sketch from the shows and then I came across this photo on Carolina Herrera’s Facebook page. Don’t you just love her? She’s absolutely stunning and her work is just as exquisite.
Every once in awhile she would stop by the J.Crew Collection store on Madison when I used to work there and we would be completely beside ourselves. She’s even more elegant in person and such an inspiration. If you haven’t had a chance, be sure to check out the bridal gowns from her latest collection and follow her on Instagram for behind the scenes snaps. Trust me, it’s so worth it!
